This Agreement is an understanding between Dentifi Ltd and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.

Applicable Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs are £10.95 per order, but if the total exceeds £100, delivery is free. Orders for in-stock items received before 12pm will be dispatched the same day. If any items are out of stock, you will receive an email notification. Orders received on the weekend will be dispatched on the following working day. Please be aware that orders received on a Friday are usually delivered on a Monday, but may be delivered on a Saturday.

Returns and Refunds

14-Day Returns Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, you must do so within 14 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain an NCR number. Returns without a valid NCR number will not be accepted.

Returned products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as when purchased. A restocking fee may be applicable at the company's discretion. All return shipping costs to be covered by the customer. A restocking fee of 15% may apply for all returned goods at the discretion of Dentifi Ltd.

Warranty

All products are subject to the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable. We make no additional warranties, whether expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Prices

All prices and discounts are exclusive of VAT. The Company possesses the authority to adjust prices and rectify clerical errors as necessary for the smooth operation of its business.
