Same Day Dispatch

Our same day dispatch service is available for in-stock items ordered before 13:00 PM. A minimum order of £25.00 applies. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your delivery and see when it’s due to arrive. While we do our best to ensure everything runs smoothly, sometimes unexpected delays can happen. If you have any questions or run into any issues with your delivery, just get in touch with our friendly customer support team — we’re always happy to help!

Money Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, you must do so within 14 days from the date of purchase. Returned products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as when purchased. All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

Shipping and Returns

Our standard delivery fee is £10.95, but you’ll get FREE delivery on all orders over £100 — just our way of saying thank you! We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days of purchase. Simply contact us to request a Goods Return Note (GRN) number before sending your item back — we’re happy to help with this. Please make sure items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging when returned. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns after 14 days or without a valid GRN number. Easy Returns

We have a 14-Day Returns Policy because we are committed to your satisfaction. If you need to return a product, you must do so within 14 days of purchase. To start the return process, simply contact us to get a Goods Return Note (GRN) number. Please note that returns without a valid GRN number will not be accepted. The products being returned must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as when purchased. Kindly note that the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
