Forward and reverse features
Compared with the external water spray, the internal water spray has no water pipe connection on the handpiece motor.
The water passes directly through the inner of the motor. Thus, it can realize 360 degree rotation of the motor at the same time. It features better maneuverability.
- The dental polishing ring of the M3 low-speed air motor with internal water spray is made of American stainless steel which is treated by many processing steps. It will not be damaged after sterilisation at 135 degrees of high temperature and high-pressure steam.
- This dental air motor uses ceramic bearings, with a ceramic ball cage which is made of material from the UK. The two sides of the bearing are equipped with a sealing device that protects the internal bearings from external dust and other impurities. The inner and outer rings of the bearing are created by circular grinding treatment ensuring its concentricity which greatly improves the dynamic performance of the bearing and prolongs the service life of the bearing.
- The motor will only stop running because of lacking of oiling. Without the lubricating oil, the blades which lead to motor rotation will not be resistant to friction. At the same time, the abrasive resistance of M3 handpiece is 50% higher than that of the others. Correct oiling directly improves the performance of the motor.
